How it works
A coil and a moving magnet make a short-stroke linear motor. That motor can charge, hold, or drive a piston without a gas system.
Same building blocks as the recoil patent — applied to controls instead of the buffer.
Lab status. Not a product.
Lorentz / reluctance actuators. Force is current × turns × field. Duty cycle is shot-paced, so thermal design is pulsed, not continuous.
